Pentecost Vigil Mass
Join us Saturday, June 7 at Old River Pastoral Center for a powerful evening of prayer, Scripture, and worship as we call upon the Holy Spirit. The Vigil begins with a Rosary at 7 p.m., followed by a special Mass at 7:30 p.m. This extended liturgy includes multiple readings and a laying on of hands, and fulfills your Sunday obligation.
Confessions start at 6pm. 7pm Mass is preceded by Rosary that starts at 6:30pm. Join us after mass for fellowship and food with your fellow young adults and students.
Newman End of Year Celebration 🤠
We’re closing out the school year with dinner, karaoke, student awards, and testimonies—western style! Join us Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Newman Center for a joyful evening of community, faith, and fun. Cowboy fits encouraged!
Mission Trip to Belize
Join us as we embark on a two-week, Christ-centered mission trip in Belize, where we’ll open new missionary grounds and spread the Gospel. This is an incredible opportunity to live the message of salvation in prayer and community.

Join fellow college students and young adults (ages 18–25) from the Newman community for a transformative 3-day walking pilgrimage from Salem to The Grotto of Our Lady of Sorrows in Portland. Taking place over Memorial Day weekend (May 24–26), this journey offers spiritual reflection, community bonding, and daily Mass. The $55 fee covers meals, lodging, and a high-visibility t-shirt. Bathrooms will be accessible throughout the weekend. Register by May 9 to secure your spot and receive a t-shirt!
